Category 5 State Road Race Cancelled Race Resolution
Due to the fact the huge storm rolled in during the Cat 4 race the Officials and Police forced the organizer to cancel the last race(s) of the day the Men's Category 5. We still wanted to offer a State Championships for that category so it has been re-scheduled in conjunction with the Jacksonville Cycling Classic on Aug. 9th.
For any rider that pre-registered for that race either online or onsite just before the race was cancelled, here are you options. Since the Jacksonville race is not promoted by TopView Sports, we are sorry, but we are UNABLE to transfer your entry from the Ocala race to Jacksonville. There are no exceptions to this. This is what we can do; offer refunds via a check by mail process or a race credit. This will require that you send us an email that states: I entered the Cancelled Cat 5 race in Ocala and wish to be refunded my entry fee. Please include your mailing address and uscf license #. The second option is that you can take that entry fee as a credit towards one of the next few TopView Events. Olustee, Pinellas Park or The Ocala Stage Race. The credit and refund option will expire after the Ocala Stage Race, no exceptions. If you would like the credit option, please email us and state: I would like to transfer my entry from the cancelled Cat 5 State Road Race to be applied to my entry for ______________ Race. If you paid on-site by check, and it has not been cashed(and destroyed by us) then you are set and done with the process.
